Accommodations:  Three bedroom, 1 ½ baths (Comfortably sleeps 8 with one double, two single beds and two sets of bunk beds).  Additional sleeping space is available on the couch, loveseat & cots if required.

Communications:  We do not offer phone service but cell phone coverage is normally available on site.  Web access is not provided.

Amenities: Air Conditioned, Satellite TV (Directv), Radio w/CD & Tape, Full Kitchen, Electric Refrigerator, Electric Range, Microwave, Toaster, Dining Area, Snack Bar, Cooking & Eating Utensils provided, Linens Provided, Washer & Dryer, Ironing Board & Iron, Paved Parking, Glass & Screened Enclosed Rear Porch, Picnic Table & Chairs, Outside Gas Grill, Outside Fire Ring, Smoking Limited to Outside Only Please.

Local Activities:
Elk Watching One of the areas biggest attractions. The town of Benezette and the main viewing areas of Winslow Hill are nearby. Educational displays are set up on weekends by the PGC during September and October. Elk may be seen anywhere between Misty Pines and Benezette.

Stargazing On a clear night the beauty of the Milky Way can be enjoyed by simply by looking up from the grounds of Misty Pines. For the more serious astronomers, an evening at Cherry Springs State Park may be in order. With their exceptionally dark skies the Astronomy Field in the park is one of the best places on the east coast to view the night skies.
